will be gone over and explained in detail . After which we will
develope a working relationship at this time I will provide an estimate of
closing proceeds.
- Access to the property will
be ascertained .I wish to point out that access to your home
within normal hours is a key point of sale. I will make every effort
to pre-qualify potential buyer's and accommodate your wishes for
showings but we need to also accommodate our potential buyer's schedules to
achieve success.
- Sale sign preferences .Advertising
both in the multiple listing service and with internet services on 4
national web sites along with newspaper ads and open houses are included
with my services
- An ongoing dialog of replies from potential Buyer's will be made by phone
to you on a regular basis.
- Purchase Offers
will be reviewed as they are presented and I will negotiate on your behalf
to reach a sales agreement with terms that are favorable and protective to
you .All contingencies and conditions will be explained.
- At this time you will accept
, decline or counter any offers made. I will personally check to
make sure the mortgages are in place to ensure a smooth settlement day.
- Settlement will follow.
