I will be sensitive to your needs, dedicated to your satisfaction and will work  diligently to find you a  new home.  I will not pressure you and will make every effort to make this very important step in your life a smooth transition.

 Initial interview to determine what your needs are.

We can meet in my office by phone or by e-mail, anywhere you wish.  At that time we will review your preferences in regards to location ,number of rooms and your preferred price range.

Then discuss  your mortgage application and prequalification needs. .Next I will review any documents or contracts with you and explain them. Establishing our relationship .                    

Followed by  talking about your time frames for buying your new home    and perhaps selling your present home. 

 Then we can talk about how you would like to view potential properties .Do you want to drive by the property first before making an appointment to view it ?What about Open Houses ?   

Finally ,we will make an appointment to view  potential qualified properties .When we visit these properties we can discuss disclosures and address any inspections we think are necessary.

When we write up the purchase agreement for making an offer to the sellers. We will review all the terms and conditions necessary to making an offer.

Which inspections would you like to have done on the home. After this point I will negotiate on your behalf.

When the sellers accept ,decline or counter your offer. I will promptly notify you .Final mortgage commitment will be required at this point.

Settlement . We will go over every aspect of settlement and I will provide the necessary information to the Title Company for you and to the mortgage company if you wish,so that we will have a smooth transition on that day.
